@coolboymew @William_The_Dragonborn I think the real scumbags are companies like Square Enix who make a fucking 3DS port (that's what it looks like, if anything 3DS Bravely Default will remain more visually appealing due to its really nice 3D effect) digital-only, while CDPR bust out a 64 GB cartridge for Cyberpunk. Capcom have also been pioneers when it comes to getting rid off physical games, so I'm not surprised Street Fighter 6 for the Switch 2 was effectively digital-only.

@coolboymew @ChristiJunior @William_The_Dragonborn I heard that the high‐capacity flash that switch and 3ds games need is slower but much cheaper than the one that nword64 games used. I mean, you can get sdcards of like 32 giggers for under ten dollars.

@ChristiJunior @coolboymew Even the original shitch is very jewish with the paid online though. And it's a pretty subhuman‐tier system anyway with the insane latency and soulless menus. I hope that they fix the latency but it's very unlikely because normgroids don't care and this is a normgroid‐oriented system. And it still has the same soulless menus.

@coolboymew Xbox live was $50 a year during the 360 days. It went up to $60 After Sony's PSN stopped being free. They were also paywalling features like using netflix streaming behind the gold service too. That's now defunct and rebranded as Gamepass Core. Honestly I think at this point the online play should be free sincei t's P2P and you're using your own internet to play and host the game servers. I could understand paywalling the game rental service but when F2P games like fortnite are free and don't require a gamepass sub to paly online it's completely assinine that it's even required for that feature in the first place.
