What a dumpster fire I truly do not think #Nintendo will win this one.

In all reality I truly wonder if part of Nintendo's fear lies in the fact that there is something in Yuzu base code that will make it work with whatever the "Switch 2" is. Like I know it sounds dumb, but really makes me wonder
@rain >there is something in Yuzu base code that will make it work with whatever the "Switch 2" is
The switch 2 seems to just be a hardware revision with slight improvements, not unlike the old3DS vs the new3DS.
nintendo isn't exactly going to ship games that only run on the "switch 2", just like how all 3ds games run on the old3ds, so Yuzu's code base will require no changes - although people will make changes to support any enhancements the "switch 2" makes.

@Suiseiseki Yeah that is what I meant I just phrased it badly. Just curious why targeting Yuzu-based projects over Ryujinx. My guess being they just have not found a foot hole to go after them and "secure" a win yet.
@rain I believe it's because they've managed to get a court to rule in their favor that x software is illegal (no matter how dubious the ruling was) and it's just that easy to file DMCA requests with github and microsoft will proceed to remove everything they want.
Rather than just using a decent git host, suckers sadly keep going back to github.
There's a chance they just haven't heard of Ryujinx yet or the developers of that did actually did clean room reverse engineering, thus nintendo doesn't have a case.
microsoft probably does like how Ryujinx is written in their proprietary language too.
