@djsumdog And it works for people who have no clue what they are doing but have money to just throw at stuff. I get calls off and on saying things like "Yeah I thought I would get these two 8GB RAM modules to start working with AI" on their 8 year old budget laptop.

But all the AI inferencing happens well before the video hits the disk!
Literally, every NVR I've deployed, I've specifically had it write out temp video to /dev/shm
