Had to recook the salmon because I forgot to check and it was VERY pink inside, shuffling it like this made it do it was easier to recook
I really suck cooking with oil

Fish is tricky sometimes
@Rocc it was exceedingly thick too, so maybe not the best to start with, but hey, end result is pretty edible, so there's that
