@rain A friend of mine face the same challenge.. I suggested, even though its not a work thing, itemize what you need, should or want to do on whatever it is like you would make a backlog in a ticket system like jira or whatever. There's a dopamine hit to being able to "close" a ticket. A little gameification buzz.
