@mangeurdenuage I feel that. At work there have been plenty of situations where clients will come to seek help but somehow still treat me as an antagonist who has ill intentions.

@mangeurdenuage @moth_ball I think it comes from a place of they don't wanna be the one "wrong". Oh the HDD is dead and can't be fixed? Well you are the one in the wrong for not being able to fix it. I am the smart victim. I see it all the time when people order ECC Registered RAM for their laptops and get upset at me they didn't read the listing they bought from that states in 6 different places that it is server RAM and will not work on consumer desktops and laptops. But hey what do I know? Can only control what you do not what others do.
