I always like the idea of starting a blog, but in reality I don't have the focus for it. Anytime I feel like making a "blog post" I end up just making a really long post on my fedi. Maybe that is a problem, maybe not idk.
@Moon Yeah kind where I am at. Even when I look at static site generators where I can just write a post in markdown and all of the other work is done for me, it still looks like too much work. Much easier to just rant with a 5000 char limit and slap any media related to it and move on.

@rain Maybe it helps having a specific reason / topic?
I never thought I start one (if you even can call mine a real blog lol).
But a lot of people asked me "what do you do recently" even tho I post almost daily on Twitter so I figured I can save time and send them a "summary link".
Some even thanked me for keeping it as short as I do!
(keeping it short is key I think, same for videos etc)
