Just got done with first treadmill workout and man I am beat. Sure I can walk longer/farther outside but doing it a forced picked up pace is real effort. Crazy to think that 2 months ago I could hardly just walk for 30 min.

Guilty Gear X2 (2002)

Finished #Ys I tonight for the first time. Pretty good game I would have loved to play it back in the day during the 16-bit era as a kid. Even finished the time attack on a lucky run. Not sure if I am gonna do a Nightmare run super quick or start Ys II tomorrow.

Walking on a treadmill vs walking just outside is harder than I thought. Never realized how hard it was for me to keep pace when i didnt have a machine forcing a walking speed on me.

Good thing is a dialysis day so I dont have to meet a distance quota.
