This is probably more but man it kills me I can not wrap my head around these.
So I turned off distcc to get a better idea as to why dev-libs/boost-1.84.0-r3:0/1.84.0::gentoo was failing to build on my Gentoo 
box and MAN I had already forgot how slow it is to compile just on the X230 itself. Hopefully I can figure it out. I am just trying to be a good boy and get ahead of the Python 3.12 upgrade coming in a month

The more I use a Steam Deck, the more I feel big boxes hooked permanently to a single TV are ridiculous.
Pick up and play anywhere, with the ability to hook up to a TV is just…so much better!
If Valve doesn’t do a Steam Deck 2 I will be quite sad.
The OLED design is basically perfect. Just bump up the APU in 2 years time 👌
